Returns and Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their orders at no charge before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may return the order after receiving it, subject to our returns policy.

Returns Policy:

Time Frame: Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes can only be returned if unopened and in their original seal.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send back the items.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
